Whether you are making a return or an exchange, Blue Chip will:

• Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase. Product price only - shipping charges will not be refunded.
• For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item.
• As always, Blue Chip will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge!

In short, if your item doesn't fit or you aren't happy with it for any reason, ship it back to us using your preferred method and we will replace it with another item or refund your money - no questions asked!

All we ask is that you pay the shipping charges* to get the items back to us, and that the returned items are new and in unused condition with their original packaging.
