Payment can be made with credit card, purchase order, money order, check, electronic check or in person. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. When paying by check, your order will be processed when the check clears our bank. Please note that this is approximately a seven-day process. All orders must be prepaid unless an official school purchase order is used. Purchase Orders can by sent by fax to 816-222-0588 or by mail to 330 East 14th Avenue, North Kansas City, MO 64116.
Orders can be made online or by phone. We can be reached by phone at 877-602-BLUE (2583) from 9:00am to 4:00pm central time, Monday through Friday. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff will assist you with your order and any questions you may have.
To better serve you, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. For Purchase Orders, shipping will be prepaid by us and added to your invoice. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipping.
Exchanges & Returns
All returns must be preapproved. Regularly stocked items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange, refund or store credit. These items must be unworn, unused and it new, saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items not in original packaging. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed or paid unless the item is defective or your order was processed incorrectly. Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was made.
