I ordered hoodies for my family for Christmas. The quality of this hoodie was subpar for a $45 hoodie. It was so thin and felt cheap. I contacted them and spoke with Andy about it, who was great at communicating. They were going to get it reprinted on a Glidan as it feels nicer. He offered it in two colors from pictures. I chose a dark grey. When the hoodie came, you could barely just make out something shiny for the print. It did not look like the picture. I contacted Andy and sent him photos. He said they had actually dropshipped this hoodie. It was not printed, quality inspected or packed by blue chip. He said he contacted the drop ship company and they would send another. It's been over a month since that conversation and I have not heard anything from blue chip or received the hoodie. I'm just so disappointed with my hoodie, it was expensive and the quality was subpar. I'll never order any hoodies again from blue chip. Thank you for your time.
