Whether you are making a return or an exchange, Blue Chip will:

• Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase. Product price only - shipping charges will not be refunded.
• For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item.
• Honor all promotions used toward your original purchase.

Important Notes - AVOID A 25% RESTOCKING FEE

• Shoe boxes unprotected usually don't survive the journey, and we can't sell shoes without a box!  To avoid a 25% restocking fee for any exchanges/returns of shoes, please make sure to wrap or package the box, and don't just put a label on the box!
• We can only accept exchanges for items in new and unworn condition. A restocking fee will apply to used or damaged items sent for exchange.
• We sell some limited edition items - especially shoes! Before attempting a return, please check the website or contact us to ensure the item you would like to exchange for is in stock!

In short, if your item doesn't fit or you aren't happy with it for any reason, ship it back to us using your preferred method and we will replace it with another item or refund your money - no questions asked!  All we ask is that you pay the shipping charges to get the items back to us, and that the returned items are new and in unused condition with their original packaging.
